Terms of sale

The short version: you buy a file, you can use it on unlimited client projects, and you can get your money back for fourteen days.

1. Product. A digital kit delivered as downloadable files immediately on successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Price and tax. Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected at checkout by the payment platform where applicable, and may be added to the displayed price.
3. Delivery. Access is provided immediately by download link and by email. If delivery fails, contact support and the files will be sent directly.
4. Refunds. As set out on the refunds page.
5. Licence. A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one person or one business entity of up to ten people. You may use the templates, forms, and scripts on unlimited client projects and adapt the wording to your own voice. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the kit files or their content as your own product, course, or template pack.
6. Updates. Free updates are included indefinitely for anyone who has purchased.
7. No professional advice. The product is an operational workflow. It does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice, it is not a contract, and it is not a substitute for a client agreement.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the product is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Changes. These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase.
